FAQs

What ages are eligible?

Our youth sports programs are open to various ages. However, almost every young athlete under the age of 18 has an opportunity to participate in our sports programs.

Does the Buffalo Stampeders offer individual training?

We are currently working on providing sport-specific individual training. Check back soon to learn more!

How do I register my child?

We use TeamSnap for all registrations. Each activity will have a separate registration link available on the Registration page.

Is Buffalo Stampeders only open to students of The Villages Charter School?

No. Our programs are open to all athletes that meet the age required for each specific sport program. Most practices and meetings are held at The Villages Charter School or in The Villages, so proximity to the area is recommended.

What does my child need to participate?

Each sport will have their own equipment requirements, but all athletes are required to submit the Buffalo Stampeders Release Form, which is located on our Forms page.

When are practices and games?

Each team within our sports programs will have a specific practice schedule and game schedule. Typically, practices are held in the evenings during the week and games/tournaments are on the weekends.

How much does it cost to participate?

Participation fees collected go towards operating each individual sport and the Buffalo Stampeders organization as a whole. Each program has their own specific participation fee.

How do I volunteer?

Parents can volunteer as a coach by visiting our Forms page and filling out a Volunteer Coach Application. Each
Volunteer Coach must have a fingerprinting background check completed.

Parents who wish to volunteer at events hosted by the Buffalo Stampeders can reach out to us through our Contact page.
